Our objective is for you to be competely satisfied with your purchase. if you receive a product that you are not completely satsified with, you may return it within 30 days of purchase to the original location for a refund or exchange. However, if you received defective product by way of delivery, you must inform the driver at time of delivery, or you must contact us within 24 hours after delivery to report defective product.
Refunds and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
> Product must be in saleable condition
> Original sales receipt or invoice must be provided
> Shipping charges and material handling charges are non-refundable
> Special order products are non-returnable as noted on your sales receipt or invoice
> If we have to pick up the product(s) at your jobsite, a shipping charge and/or material handling charge may apply
> A 15% re-stock charge may apply
